Wix Blog stores posts as a structured node tree rather than HTML. Bora converts each article into that format properly — headings, lists and paragraphs all arrive as real Wix blocks you can still edit by hand.
What you need
- A Wix API key with Manage Blog permission
- Your Wix site ID
- The Blog app installed on the site
Connecting Wix
- 1Create an API key in the Wix account dashboard with Manage Blog permission.
- 2Copy your site ID from the site's dashboard URL — it is the long ID after /dashboard/.
- 3Paste both into Bora and press Connect.
- 4Approve your calendar.
Wix answers 403 for every authentication problem
A bad key, a key without Manage Blog, and a key belonging to a different account all return the same 403 — so does a request with no key at all. We verified this ourselves rather than guessing. That is why Bora's error message names all three possibilities instead of confidently telling you the key is wrong.
