Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Bora. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Bora does

Bora analyses your website, plans a content calendar, writes articles with AI, produces cover images and - if you connect a platform - publishes them for you on a schedule you choose.

Your account

You need an account to use Bora. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract, and you must have the right to publish to the websites you connect.

Plans and billing

Bora is sold as a monthly subscription, priced per site. The plan you choose sets how many articles are produced each month and which features are available. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; the site keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If Bora does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that period.

We do not refund periods in which content was produced and delivered as agreed, since the cost of generation is already incurred. Cancelling stops future charges rather than reversing past ones.

Who owns the content

You do. Every article, image and piece of metadata Bora produces for your site is yours to use, edit, publish and keep, including after you stop being a customer. We claim no ownership over it.

AI-generated content

Articles are written by an AI model. It can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your field. Bora shows you every article before it is published and lets you edit or reject it.

You are responsible for what is published on your website. In regulated fields - health, finance, law, gambling and similar - review each article against the rules that apply to you before it goes live.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bora to produce content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is designed to deceive search engines through spam.

We may suspend an account that is used this way.

Connected platforms

When you connect WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Notion, HubSpot or any other platform, you authorise Bora to publish there on your behalf. You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for the permissions they carry. Those platforms have their own terms, which continue to apply.

Availability

We work to keep Bora running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and failures at the platforms you connect can interrupt publishing.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or leaves an invoice unpaid. In either case you can export your content before it is removed.

Liability

Bora is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost rankings, lost traffic or lost revenue. Where we are liable, the amount is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Bora after that means you accept the new version.
